Super post Garma. Google spent $8M to proveโ€ฆ that its AI makes stuff up. Meanwhile, marketers everywhere are learning the hard way that fake urgency and shady persuasion tactics donโ€™t work when customers trust nothing.

Hey Martin, 100pc agree with you. Yet despite these missteps - Google remains one of the most trusted brands. Any other brand would've been burried or trolled. This barely made the news.
